Do credits expire?

It depends on where the credits came from:

• Membership credits are issued once per period (currently 30 days). Whatever you don't use by the end of the period is cleared and doesn't carry over.
• Top-up and sign-up credits never expire. You can still use them after your membership ends and you're back on the Free plan.

gugu spends this period's membership credits first, then the credits that never expire, so buying a top-up pack never wastes membership credits you've already paid for.
